FREE STANDARD DELIVERY TO UK. Printed to order with Standard Delivery normally taking 3 - 5 working days from placing your order. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Service.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY UK ONLY (order must be placed before 12 noon)
You can also upgrade your order to GUARANTEED NEXT DELIVERY for £5.25, (excludes Saturday Delivery) this will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm Monday to Fridays. Orders must be placed by 12 noon for next day delivery, orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered in two days.
SATURDAY DELIVERY BY 1 PM
you can also upgrade your order to GUARANTEED SATURDAY DELVIERY for £10.25 this will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on Saturday. Orders must be placed by 12 noon on the Friday.
We also deliver to: USA, CANADA, EU Countries, Australia and New Zealand and Hong Kong. Postage to overseas destinations is by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed for Service (depending what is avaialble in the destination country) which takes 7-21 days depending on the destination country.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED (Excludes greetings cards)
Due to the size of each parcel all items are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' , Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail International Signed and/or tracked (depending which. Is available in the destination country) all services will require a signature on delivery so please make sure you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the item. In the event that their was no one at the address to receive the parcel it is the customers responsibility to either arrange for re-delivery of any items held by the Royal Mail or collect the item from the local sorting office.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. The cost of re-delivery for any items that are undelivered and returned to sender due to incorrect delivery information will be born by the customer.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO SENDER
If you have not been at the delivery address to receive your parcel then Royal Mail will leave a 'Something for you' card. In this instance your parcel will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office for collection or you can arrange redelivery, all details of how to collect your parcel will be on the card.
If your parcel has not been collected within the designated time period and is returned to us then there will be an additional charge for redelivery of £4.45 for 30 x 40 cm and A3 prints and £7.25 for 40 x 50 cm, A2, A1 prints.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in unused condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If you choose to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calender days of receipt of the goods. Cancellation should be communicated to us by email in a clear written statement including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us, unused and securely packaged in the original packaging if possible with any enclosed documentation. Cost of return postage is at your own expense. Goods should be received by us within 14 days of your notification of your decision to cancel.
PLEASE NOTE: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides proof of delivery.
We will refund the cost of the goods and any delivery costs originally paid (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We may make a deduction from the refunds for any loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will refund the money no later than 14 days after the day we receive the good back from you.
